I have a holiday layout to share today using the stencils from Wildflower & Honey along with some Vicki Boutin Mixed Media!
I made myself a “stencil” on white cardstock in my silhouette. I used my Vicki Boutin stencil brushes to swirl dry red art crayons through my homemade stencil onto a white background. I then used a finger dauber and pounced on metallic ink through the stencil as well. I used the coppery ink and gold ink. I used a tiny bit of the Vicki Boutin gold glaze on my pouncer to finish the words.
My 2″ squares are cut from a paper I scraped silver and gold texture glaze through the flower stencil from Wildflower & Honey. I let the sheet dry for a few days as I put the texture paste on pretty thick! I cut the paper into 2-inch squares and mixed them with papers from Wildflower & Honey. The stars are punched from a sheet of paper I scraped with a very thin coat of silver and gold texture glaze.
I added a few sprinkles of watered-down red art crayon; some mini punched stars and jewels to finish off the page!
Thanks so much for joining me today!
