I was bound and determined to use the little Amy Tangerine Suede Bows included in the September 2017 Hip Kit! I went through a few different ideas of how to use them and settled on using them as little “hangers” for mini frames! The 2×2 swatch paper pad from Turn the Page are perfect as the little pictures in the frames. I started out by drawing frames and gave that idea up pretty quickly, instead I turned to photoshop and made one frame the size I needed and then copied it 9 times and printed them out. They were actually quite quick to fussy cut and came out nicely. To assemble I used Aleene’s Tacky Glue and just put a dot of glue at the top point of the frame hanger and then another dot on top for the bow. I wanted them to be able to lift up. I added a 2×2 paper with a sentiment on top of each frame and then embellished using Turn the Page puffy stickers and chipboard. Underneath each of the 9 frames I added a photo or an embellishment cluster with a 2×2 paper as a base. I kept the under frame additions fairly simple so the frames would lay flat. It turned out super cute and Hannah loves to look at it and lift the frames!
A peek under a couple of the frames, very hard to photograph them all flipped up!!
Super cute!
